the room was an absolute disaster, noisy as ever with tram and car sounds. how delightful! and the breakfast? just processed junk, nothing fresh to please refined tastes like mine. don't even get me started on the non-existent upgrades i expected after this horrid experience. never thought i’d be settling for such mediocrity.

Noise levels from the busy street made for quite a sleepless night!!! The elevator only reaches the fifth floor, leaving you with an inconvenient climb!!! Cleanliness of the bathroom could use some improvement!!!

I was charged twice for my stay and the front desk staff were incredibly unhelpful. When I asked about the refund, the receptionist was rude and dismissive, insisting that it had already been processed when it clearly had not. Additionally, the lack of sound insulation made it difficult to sleep, as I could hear everything from the street and neighboring rooms.

The location couldn't have been any better, right next to the mall and a few minute walk away from the main center. Unfortunately, the walls were paper thin, allowing noise from other rooms to disturb my sleep.

I had a comfy stay with a really clean room and a hot shower that hit the spot after a long day out. The hotel also offered a nice little relaxation area and a cozy reading nook for some downtime. The only downside was that there was no electric kettle in the room, but the staff was happy to heat up water for me. 👍

the room was surprisingly spacious and clean, and the location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet side-street behind wenceslas square. the free wifi was reliable, which was a big help during my stay. plus, there are some great nearby food spots to explore!

The location of City Centre was exceptional, just an 8-minute walk from the main railway station and the Altstädter Ring. The rooms were clean and adequately equipped, offering a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided a decent variety, and the friendly personnel contributed to a pleasant experience. The layout of the hotel included two entrances, enhancing accessibility.

The shower water pressure was low, causing inconvenience.

We stayed for 2 nights and the location was ideal—right in the old town. The room was decent but could use some updates. Loved the cozy café nearby for morning coffee, but the breakfast was a bit lacking. The staff were super friendly and helpful, just wish the shower setup wasn't so messy.

If you're a foodie like me, you'll love the nearby spots! Nase maso is a hidden gem for meat lovers, only a short stroll away. Plus, the room was clean and comfy, and it had a groovy layout with cool stairwells that added character to my stay.
